TestNova(이하 “서비스”)는 개인 개발자 jason(이하 “운영자”)이 운영하며, 「개인정보 보호법」 등 관련 법령에 따라 이용자의 개인정보를 보호하고 이에 관한 고충을 원활하게 처리하기 위해 본 방침을 수립·공개합니다.
TestNova (“Service”) is operated by an individual developer, jason (“Operator”). This Privacy Policy describes how personal information is collected, used, and protected in accordance with applicable laws.

서비스는 접속 로그(IP 주소, 접속 시각)를 서버 운영 목적으로 자동 수집할 수 있으며, 이는 서비스 안정성 확보 및 부정 이용 방지를 위해 사용됩니다.
Access logs (IP address, access time) may be automatically collected for server operation, service stability, and abuse prevention.
제3조 — 개인정보의 이용 목적 (Purpose of Use)
- 회원 관리: 본인 확인, 중복 가입 방지 (Account management: identity verification, duplicate prevention)
- 서비스 제공: 앱 테스트 요청 접수·처리, 테스트 결과 전달 (Service delivery: app test request processing & result delivery)
- 알림: 테스트 시작·완료 등 상태 변경 이메일 및 푸시 알림 (Notifications: email & push for test status updates)
- 결제 처리: 인앱 결제 검증 및 크레딧 지급 (Payment processing: in-app purchase verification & credit delivery)
- 서비스 개선: 이용 통계 분석 (Service improvement: usage statistics)
제4조 — 개인정보의 보유 및 파기 (Retention & Deletion)
이용자의 개인정보는 서비스 이용 기간 동안 보유하며, 이용자가 탈퇴하거나 삭제를 요청하면 지체 없이 파기합니다. 단, 관련 법령에 따라 보존이 필요한 경우 해당 기간 동안 보관할 수 있습니다.
Personal information is retained during the service period. Upon account deletion or user request, information is promptly destroyed, except where retention is required by applicable law.
제5조 — 개인정보의 제3자 제공 (Third-Party Sharing)
운영자는 이용자의 동의 없이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다. 다만, 법령에 의한 경우 또는 수사기관의 적법한 요청이 있는 경우는 예외로 합니다.

제6조 — 개인정보의 처리 위탁 (Outsourcing)
서비스는 다음 외부 서비스를 이용하며, 해당 서비스의 개인정보처리방침이 별도로 적용됩니다.

- 개인정보 처리 정지 요청 (Request to suspend processing)
- 동의 철회 및 회원 탈퇴 (Withdraw consent & account deletion)
위 요청은 아래 연락처를 통해 할 수 있으며, 운영자는 지체 없이 조치합니다.

제8조 — 개인정보 보호 조치 (Security Measures)
- 통신 암호화: HTTPS/TLS 적용 (Encrypted communication: HTTPS/TLS)
- 인증 토큰: JWT 기반 인증, 토큰 만료 관리 (Authentication: JWT-based with expiration)
- 접근 통제: 서버 방화벽 및 최소 권한 원칙 (Access control: firewall & least privilege)

제10조 — 방침 변경 (Changes)
